1. What products does Mr Perswall have in its range?
Reply: We offer a wide range of feature walls produced from photographs and also illustrations and designer patterns. You can find a selection on our web site or in our collection pattern books at your nearest wallpaper store shown on the map here.

2. How do I produce a wallpaper from my own subject?
Reply: If you already have the image on your computer, you can upload it directly to our web site. If the image is an illustration or a photographic print, you can send it to us by post. Once you have uploaded your image or sent it to us, you can specify the width and height of your wallpaper. If you order the wallpaper, we will send it to your local wallpaper store within a couple of days, where you can collect it and pay for it.

3. What file format is required for the image?
Reply: If you upload your image, our web site supports all common file formats such as JPEG, GIF, TIFF and BMP. Please let us know if your image is in an unusual format. In this case, we can accept the image on a CD by post or via e-mail.

4. What quality/resolution is required for the image?
Reply: We have produced wallpapers from most image qualities. As a general rule, the better the resolution of the image, the more detailed the wallpaper will be. If you upload your image via our web site, the quality will be checked automatically and you will be advised if it is not suitable. Our design studio is able to enhance the quality in certain cases, however. Please contact us to discuss the alternatives.

5. On what material is the wallpaper printed?
Reply: We print on WallSmart, which is a quality-assured non-woven material. It is durable and easy to hang, because the adhesive is applied to the wall rather than the wallpaper.

6. What is the price of wallpapers in the range on your web site?
Reply: When ordering on our web site, you are free to specify the width and height of your feature wall. The price is quoted per square metre, and the cost is from 299 kr/m2. You can find the price per square metre of each wallpaper in the range here on our web site.

7. What does it cost to have a wallpaper produced from my own image?
Reply: If you decide to have a wallpaper produced from your own subject, which you upload to our web site, the wallpaper will cost 299 kr / m2. There is a supplementary charge of 595 kr if you wish to create a wallpaper from a subject that we must scan into the computer. We can also create specially customized patterns, although in this case we will submit a quotation. If you place an order, there are no additional carriage or other charges.

8. Are the prices different in the collection pattern books in wallpaper stores?
Reply: The feature walls in the collection pattern books are in fixed sizes, for example width 180 cm x height 270 cm. Our collection wallpapers are produced in quite large volumes and are available from stock, which makes their price rather lower.

Reply: Samples of wallpapers from our range are available free of charge and can be requested on our web site. A sample of a wallpaper created from your own subject costs 125 kr. These samples are supplied as an A4 page printed on the actual wallpaper material.

11. How do I place an order?
Reply: You can order from the range on our web site by selecting a subject here and specifying the width and height of your feature wall. You can also upload your own image here, which you can then personalize by specifying the width and height of your own feature wall.

12. Can I order the feature wall in any size I like?
Reply: The minimum size is 2 m2 (sufficient to cover a door, for example). As yet, we have not encountered any limit on the maximum size. For example, we have produced feature walls that are 10 metres high.

Reply: Yes. The range on our web site includes a button for ordering wallpaper samples. There is no charge for these. It is also possible to request a sample if you create a wallpaper from your own subject, although we make a supplementary charge of 125 kr for this service.

Reply: Orders placed via our web site are entered directly into production. The delivery period is 2-4 days, depending on orders received.
