Ordering & buying
Once you have found, or designed, the wallpaper you want, you can order it here online or at your nearest wallpaper store. Wherever you place your order, our studio creates the wallpaper entirely according to your wishes and delivers it to your store (which you select at the time of ordering) where you also pay for it. Reliable and convenient!
Wallpapering with Mr Perswall
You'll find it couldn't be simpler to put your own creation or one of ours up on your wall. That's because our wallpapers are made of non-woven material – they're called easy-up wallpapers.
So what is easy-up wallpaper? Well, to put it simply, these are dimensionally stable wallpapers that you hang in the easiest possible way: you apply the paste straight on the walls and then match the pattern and place the lengths edge-to-edge.
The characteristics of the wallpaper is determined by the textile fibers contained in the wallpaper pulp. The textile makes the strips of wallpaper easy to work with and as strong as bank notes – they’re actually made of the same non-woven material.
Thanks to the fibres, the wallpaper allows moisture to pass through and the walls to breathe. This means that any damp patches that appear when you hang your wallpaper will disappear within about 24 hours as soon as the wallpaper has dried.
So, if you ever want to paper over your EasyUp walls, you can forget the sandpaper and putty – the walls are already smooth! Quick, easy and reliable – that's our philosophy.

If you wish to order more wallpapers, repeat the procedure above. When you are satisfied with your order simply click on the Order button in the shopping list. Then fill in the requested details in the purchase flow, accept the Terms & conditions of purchase.
You will receive confirmation within 24 hours of placing your order. Then 2 to 5 days later, your wallpaper will be ready to collect from your chosen store. You don't have to pay until you collect your wallpaper from the store.
-
Where do I pay?
As part of the order flow, you'll specify the wallpaper store from which you want to collect and pay for your rolls. It's the perfect opportunity to buy paste and anything else you need for the job. And don't forget to ask the staff for advice and any questions you may have.
-

Here are the addresses and contact details to all our stores
-
How long are delivery times?
Your wallpapers are sent to production immediately after you place your order and receive confirmation from us (within one hour of ordering). Delivery takes 2 to 3 weeks, depending on order volumes.
-
Can I order my wallpaper in any size I want?
The smallest size you can order is 2 square metres (enough to cover a door or similar surface). So far we haven't had to set a maximum size limit. For instance, we've produced wallpapers for 18-metre-high walls!
-
Can I order samples?
Yes. If you look in the range on our website you'll find four icons to the left of the information box. Click on the third from the bottom to order a wallpaper sample.
However, if you wish to order samples of wallpapers that you create with your own motifs, we charge a fee of £12 for each sample. The sample you receive is to a scale of 1:1 and printed on an A4 (45 cm by 45 cm if it's your own design) sheet of the wallpaper material. This means that you’ll only see part of the pattern and not all of it.

What resolution should the image be?
We have made wallpapers using images of virtually all resolution qualities. The general rule is that the better the resolution, the more detailed the results on the wall.
When you upload the image here on our website, its quality is checked automatically and you'll be notified if it's not good enough. In some cases, our design studio can improve the quality. Contact us and we'll tell you what options are available.
-
Which file formats work?
Most standard file formats such as JPEG, PNG, TIFF and BMP are supported if you upload your image to our website.
Is the image in an unusual format? If it is, contact us first and tell us what the image file is called (please write the file name in the topic line) then either upload your image here or send it on a USB memory stick or CD to:
